Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened disposable items like gloves or face masks cannot be returned unless they are defective
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 14 days at Info@clinixsupply.com.
Provide your order number and a photo of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or refund
Process for Returns
Email us before sending anything back to receive return instructions
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method
Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs
If you are returning for other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping
Non-Refundable Items
Gift cards and any item not in its original condition or returned after 14 days are not eligible for a refund
